Inde Navarrette pulled in 5.2 million viewers for the Halloween edition of Saturday Night Live on October 31, 2026. The number stands as the highest audience count for Season 52 to date.
The figure surpasses the viewership totals for previous hosts this season. Jalen Brunson, Dakota Johnson, and Shane Gillis all drew smaller audiences earlier in the year. Navarrette’s performance also exceeded the numbers for most episodes in recent history.
During Season 51, only two episodes attracted more than 5.2 million viewers. The first was hosted by Ariana Grande with Cher as the musical guest in December 2025, which reached 5.4 million. The second was the season finale hosted by Will Ferrell with Paul McCartney, which reached 5.3 million.
The episode achieved the strongest performance on the Peacock platform since March. That previous benchmark featured Harry Styles as both host and musical guest. Among adults aged 18 to 49, the show recorded its best rating since John Mulaney hosted in November 2024. Video clips from the broadcast accumulated 325 million views across YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, and TikTok, setting a new seasonal high.
Gracie Abrams served as the musical guest for the episode. The show also included a sketch where Tom Hanks returned to his David S. Pumpkins character alongside former cast member Bobby Moynihan. Druski will host the next episode on November 7 with The Strokes as musical guests. John Mulaney returns on November 14 with Phoebe Bridgers.
