Forty-four musical performances are scheduled across Southwest Florida venues over the next two weeks. The calendar spans from the first weekend of November through the end of the month, offering residents and visitors a dense schedule of local and touring acts. Events are concentrated in Sarasota, Venice, Punta Gorda, and Tampa, with specific dates and times listed for each venue.

The Gulf Theater at the Military Heritage Museum in Punta Gorda anchors the local lineup with nine distinct shows. These include a Veterans Appreciation Show on Nov. 10, a Led Zeppelin tribute on Nov. 7, and a Peter Frampton tribute on Nov. 14. The venue also hosts a Shania Twain and Toby Keith tribute on Nov. 13 and a Linda Ronstadt tribute on Nov. 20. The Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall in Sarasota hosts eight events, featuring a 1970s rock night on Nov. 12 and a live screening of the Rocky film accompanied by a symphony orchestra on Nov. 22.

Major touring artists have secured dates at larger regional arenas. Rush will perform on Nov. 9 and Nov. 11 at the Benchmark International Arena in Tampa. Doja Cat is scheduled for Nov. 13 at the same venue, while the Italian trio Il Volo appears on Nov. 12. Richard Marx will play the Seminole Casino Immokalee on Nov. 7, and Blue Oyster Cult is booked for Dec. 4 at that same location. These high-profile acts are interspersed with local bands like The Allman Revival, who play the Gulf Theater on Nov. 6, and the Venice Symphony Big Band, who perform at the Venice Performing Arts Center on Nov. 14.

Community and educational institutions provide additional performance spaces. The Venice Community Center hosts the Karuna Quartet on Nov. 10 and Nov. 12. The Englewood Elks Lodge features Leo Maloney on Nov. 7, with tickets priced at $11 at the door. The Marie Selby Botanical Gardens in Sarasota will host the Biriba Union on Nov. 17. The North Port Performing Arts Center is listed for a classical Christmas concert by the North Port Concert Band on Dec. 6. The schedule includes both free and paid events, with specific pricing details available for select shows like the $50 dinner and show at the Rotonda Golf and Country Club on Nov. 28.

The programming balances classical music with popular genres. The Gulf Coast Symphony performs Haydn and Mozart in Fort Myers on Nov. 14, while the Florida Philharmonic plays a program of Broadway and Star Wars music in Punta Gorda on Nov. 15. Tribute bands dominate the mid-month schedule, including acts covering AC/DC, Jimmy Buffett, and John Denver. The month concludes with a series of holiday-themed performances, including a candlelit choral experience in Bradenton on Nov. 14 and a traditional Christmas concert by the Symphonic Winds of Charlotte County on Dec. 4. All events are currently listed with specific times and contact information for ticketing.
