Evgenia Baikova will receive the Central Indiana Women’s Business Center’s inaugural Volunteer of the Year Award on November 4, 2026. The recognition marks the first time the organization has formally honored a single volunteer for their contributions to the center’s operations.

Baikova serves as a Leadership and Growth Coach at Fulfillment Coaching and Consulting, LLC. She also sits on the CIWBC Program Committee, where she helps design programming and selects speakers for the center’s Women in Business events. Her duties extend to the annual Women in Business Retreat, where she manages logistics and assists with preparation for the event.

Jennifer Knotts, the CIWBC Advisory Council member and Program Committee Chair, noted that Baikova brings creativity and commitment to the group. Knotts stated that these efforts ensure the center’s programs deliver relevant insights and meaningful connections for participants.

Stephanie James, the Center’s Director, emphasized that volunteers like Baikova strengthen the organization’s ability to serve women entrepreneurs. James said their willingness to share time and expertise allows CIWBC to create more meaningful experiences for the businesses it supports.

The award acknowledges the specific impact of volunteers who help expand the center’s reach. By shaping programming and supporting major events, these individuals directly influence the resources available to women launching and scaling companies in Central Indiana.
